HOW TO ORDER
The order process in our website is straightforward:
1. Select the product you want, i.e., flyers, brochures, newsletters,letterheads, etc.
2. Select the subcategory of the product that you want.
3. Proceed choosing quantity, proof, folding, etc.
4. When you are finished, press the Add To Cart button.
5. If you are finished shopping, please press the Checkout button.
6. In the first screen of the checkout, you will see the items that you have ordered and a section for an
6. estimate of the shipping charges.
6. Unfortunately, carriers do not return an estimate on shipments of more than 150 lbs. If you do not get an
6. estimate, it's that your shipment weighs more than 150 lbs. and you should continue with the checkout.
6. If you want an estimate of the shipping charges before you place your order, please call us at
6. 1-877-444-9393 or email us at customerservice@noreldigital.com
7. If your shipment weighs less than 150 lbs., the next screen will give you the option of choosing your
7. shipping method and once again, will give you a chance to edit your shopping cart.
7. If your shipment weighs more than 150 lbs., you will be able to specify how you want your order to be
7. shipped and we will send you a revised invoice with the freight charges or you can call us at
7. 1-877-444-9393.
8. At the end of the Checkout, you will see your Billing and Shipping address and will be able to edit it.
7. There you will enter you credit card or pay by Paypal.
9. You are then finished and can place your order.
